Our goal is to service the Greater Houston area. However at this time, we are only able to pickup and deliver in addresses located in:
Southwest Houston
Missouri City
Sugar Land
Stafford

ABOUT THIS SERVICE
Schedule your Laundry Pickup and Delivery as early as 2 hours in advance with the 1 hour timeslot options. You will receive a text confirmation when your driver is on their way. Driver is expected to arrive anytime between the 1 hour timeslot. Once the driver arrives, they will measure the weight of your clothes and calculate your total price. After the calculation, you will be sent an invoice where you can pay using cash or credit card/debit card. Once there is confirmation of payment, we will starting washing your clothes. If you have any special requests, you can tell your driver and we will try our best to honor your requests.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
- Flat Rate Delivery Fee: $7 (optional tip not included)
- Minimum purchase: $40 which does not include $7 Flat Rate Delivery Fee
- Clothes: $1.69/lb + tax
- Bedding: $25/King Size, $20/Queen Size, $15/Full Size and/or Twin Size

Example Pricing Scenarios:
- Example 1: 15 lbs of clothing = $1.69 x 15 lbs x 1.0825tax = $27.o44. This is below the minimum $40. The customer is going to be charged $40 + $7 for the delivery service
- Example 2: 30 lbs of clothing = $1.69 x 30 lbs x 1.0825tax = $54.88. The $40 minimum is met. The customer's total will be $54.88 + $7 delivery rate.
LOGISTICS
- We ask that you be present during pickup so that you can receive the price calculation, pay for the service, and tell your driver of any specifications of how you want your laundry washed or folded.

- Depending on how busy the washateria is, our turnaround time may vary. Our usual turnaround time can range from 24 hours to 48 hours. Will will keep you updated on the progress.
- The driver will text you with their ETA before pickup and send a picture of your clothes at drop off
- Cancelations and rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance
- Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after it’s dropped off at your location
