Service Description

Book as far in advance as you want with our easy-to-use booking system. Upon pickup, we will weigh your items, calculate the total cost of the service, and note special requests. We accept payment in the form of cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay) Pricing - Clothes: $1.69/lb + tax - Bedding: $25/King Size, $20/Queen Size, $15/Full Size and/or Twin Size - $7 Flat Rate Delivery Fee - Minimum purchase is $40 which does not include the $7 Flat Rate Delivery Fee or Optional Tip Example Pricing Scenarios: Example 1: 30 lbs of clothing = $1.69 x 30 lbs x 1.0825 tax = $54.88. This meets the $40 minimum and the customer’s total is $61.88 (includes the $7 delivery fee). Example 2: 15 lbs of clothing = $1.69 x 15 lbs x 1.0825 tax = $27.44. Plus $7 shipping the customer’s total is $34.44. The $40 minimum is not met. Therefore, the customer is expected pay our minimum of $40 + $7 delivery fee. Logistics: - Our standard turnaround time from pickup to delivery is 48 hours. *May vary on how busy the washateria is, we will update you if this is the case. - We will contact you via text when the driver is on his/her way for the pickup and drop off. - Clothes will not be washed until we received confirmation of payment
